Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the international OAZEE service available at oazee.com.

1. Who We Are

OAZEE is operated by Arti Group s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 27930432, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ27930432, registered office Schulhoffova 793/3, Háje, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic ("OAZEE", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of oazee.com, the OAZEE platform, and websites and related services created or operated through OAZEE (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

OAZEE provides tools for creating, publishing, hosting, and managing websites based on information supplied by users, including through text or voice interaction.

Research, website structure, design, copywriting, image processing, publishing, editing, and other functions may be performed or assisted by automated systems and artificial intelligence ("AI").

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate assumptions.

OAZEE does not guarantee that generated content — including text, prices, descriptions, factual statements, competitor information, images, or other material — is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing your website before publication and for ensuring that information published on your behalf, including business details, prices, claims, contact information, legal disclosures, and other material, is correct and lawful. This review responsibility is yours regardless of whether the relevant content was drafted by you, generated by AI, or extracted from another website on your instruction, and it applies again whenever you publish an edit.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Accounts and Guest Sessions

You may be able to create a website without registering through an anonymous guest session associated with your browser.

Certain functions, including permanently saving or managing a website, may require an account created through a supported authentication provider, such as Google.

When you sign in, websites created during your guest session may be associated with your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.

You must provide accurate information where reasonably required for the operation of the Service.

If you become aware of unauthorised access to or use of your account, you should contact us without undue delay.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use OAZEE on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

The Service is not directed to children.

5. Free Service and AI Providers

OAZEE may use third-party AI providers to provide certain features.

The free version of the Service may use AI providers or service tiers whose terms permit inputs or outputs to be used for purposes such as improving their products or models.

Paid plans may use different providers, API arrangements, or commercial service tiers under which inputs and outputs are not ordinarily used to train the provider's foundation models, subject to the applicable provider terms.

Providers and technical infrastructure may change over time.

More information about the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans are offered according to the prices, features, billing periods, credit allowances, and other conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method for each renewal period until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents subsequent renewal charges.

Prices and plan features may change.

Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide advance notice where required by applicable law.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rules.

7. Credits and Usage Allowances

Some plans may include credits or other usage allowances for AI generation, editing, or other features.

The quantity, validity period, renewal rules, and permitted uses of credits are those displayed for the applicable plan or at the time credits are purchased.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, credits:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts;
  • cannot be redeemed for cash; and
  • may expire according to the conditions disclosed when they are granted or purchased.

Promotional, trial, subscription, and separately purchased credits may be subject to different conditions.

8. Domains

Certain plans may include or allow registration or connection of a domain name.

Domain registrations are subject to availability and to the rules and policies of the relevant registry and registrar.

We cannot guarantee that a requested domain will remain available until registration has been successfully completed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your requested domain does not infringe third-party rights.

Where OAZEE registers a domain on your behalf, additional technical or administrative conditions may apply.

Any right to cancel or obtain a refund in relation to a completed domain registration is subject to applicable law and the nature of the registration service already performed.

9. Your Content

You retain your rights in business information, text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials that you provide to OAZEE ("User Content").

This also includes content obtained at your request from a website or other source that you confirm you own, control, or are authorised to use.

You grant OAZEE a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, process, modify, display, transmit, and otherwise use User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the functionality of the Service for you.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to process and use User Content in accordance with your instructions.

You remain responsible for User Content and for the legality of publishing it.

10. OAZEE Technology and Intellectual Property

OAZEE and its underlying platform, software, systems, user interface, design systems, reusable components, templates, technical processes, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by Arti Group s.r.o. or its licensors.

Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights in OAZEE are transferred to you.

Your use of a website created through OAZEE does not give you ownership of the OAZEE platform or reusable technologies used to create or operate that website.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activities.

In particular, you may not use OAZEE to create, publish, or operate websites that:

  • violate applicable law;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
  • impersonate another person or organisation without authorisation;
  • misrepresent a business or organisation you are not authorised to represent;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • attempt to compromise the security or availability of OAZEE or third-party systems;
  • facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive commercial practices; or
  • otherwise expose OAZEE or third parties to material legal or security risks.

You are responsible for ensuring that your website and your use of OAZEE comply with laws applicable to your business, activities, products, services, and jurisdiction.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove content, websites, or accounts where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, legal obligations, security risks, fraud, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.

Where there is a risk to security or an indication of unlawful activity, we may take this action immediately and without prior notice; in other cases, where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice of the action taken.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, authentication providers, payment processors, domain registrars, hosting providers, databases, and other infrastructure providers.

Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that their operation is outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may maintain, update, modify, replace, add, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical development, product improvement, or operation of the Service.

Where a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice and any rights required by applicable law.

14. Data Retention and Account Termination

Retention of websites, account data, guest sessions, and other personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

After a paid subscription ends, the website stays online for a grace period. It then stops being published but stays stored in your account until you delete it or ask us to delete it; it goes back online automatically once the subscription is renewed.

We may suspend or terminate an account for material or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or where required by law.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free;
  • use of OAZEE will produce particular commercial results;
  • a website will achieve a particular search-engine ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, or revenue;
  • the Service will always be available without interruption; or
  • third-party services will remain available on unchanged terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arti Group s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to law, security requirements, technology, functionality, third-party services, or our business model.

The current version will be published on this page together with its "Last updated" date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription.

Any rights you may have under mandatory law as a result of a material change remain unaffected.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection afforded to you under the laws that would apply in the absence of this choice, including, where applicable, the laws of your country of habitual residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Local Consumer Rights

OAZEE is offered internationally.

Consumer-protection laws vary between jurisdictions. If mandatory laws applicable to you provide rights or remedies that are more favourable than these Terms, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
